• Open "2013 Summer Camp Registration form". It will be necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print the form. Or you may call the Camp Kitaki office for a form at 402-434-9222
• Sessions do sell out. For the most current session availability call the Camp Kitaki office or use the online registration to check session availability.
• Fill out the registration form with the camp session marked. Some sessions are filling up fast.
• Include $100 Non-Refundable Deposit Fee (applies to camp fee)
• Mail, fax, or phone in your registration to:

  Visa or MasterCard are accepted for faxed, phoned or mailed registrations. Payment by check is only accepted by mail or in person. We suggest paying cash only in person at the Camp Kitaki office. Payment must accompany registration to hold a spot.
