Membership Promotion - No Initiation Fee!
The Lincoln YMCA is waiving the Initiation Fee for all new members during the month of January. YMCA members get full facility use of all three locations plus free group exercise classes and family members get discounts of up to 50% on most YMCA youth programs including youth sports, swim lessons, dance, martial arts, childcare, camps and more. There has never been a better time to join the YMCA.

Home for the Holidays
YMCA Members…don't forget the "Home for the Holiday's" incentive ends on January 1.

Cholesterol Screening Being Held on January 15th
Get your cholesterol screened on Thursday, January 15th at the Cooper YMCA. A basic screening starts at $25. Three types of comprehensive screenings are available also at a higher fee. Appointment times will be 5 minutes and run from 7:30am-8:30am. Please call or stop by the front desk to reserve your appointment.

Lincoln YMCA Outdoor Pool at Cooper is coming soon!

The Lincoln YMCA will be adding an outdoor swimming pool at the Cooper YMCA in the Summer of 2009. The outdoor swimming pool will be available to all members of the Lincoln YMCA at no extra charge. Some of the pool amenities will be a large water slide, splash pad, slide for small children, lap lanes, large sun deck, water depth 18 inches to over 6 feet and lifeguards on duty.
