Masters Swim ProgramThe Lincoln Downtown YMCA is proud to bring you a top-notch Masters Swimming and Fitness Program. Coached by Gary Bredehoft, CSCS a certified Level II USAT Triathlon Coach and US Masters Swimming Member, this swim fitness program is for individuals age 18 and older who enjoy swimming in a structured program. The program benefits those who swim for fun and fitness, and those who swim for competition in swimming or triathlon.
Swim LessonsSwim lessons are a great way to get children from as young as 3 years old all the way into adulthood comfortable in the water. Watch as their skill level increases as they graduate from each class. Classes have a low children to instructor ratio to ensure adequate personal attention between the child and the instructor. Private swim lessons are also available.
Private Swim LessonsThese lessons are 30 minutes long and include one on one instruction with an experienced instructor. Lessons are available for youth and adults of all abilities. Convenient times are available. Please return this registration form with payment to our Service Center Desk. An instructor will be in touch with you to schedule the first lesson.
Group ExerciseAll fitness classes are FREE to members!
