Swim Lessons (2010 Fall Session brochure now available)

Swim lessons are a great way to get children from as little as 6 months old all the way into adulthood comfortable in the water. Watch as their skill level increases as they graduate from each class. Classes have a low children to instructor ratio to ensure adequate personal attention between the child and the instructor.

Group and Private Swim Lessons

Six, 30 minute lessons with one-on-one instruction taught by an experienced instructor are available at the Fallbrook YMCA. All ages and abilities are welcome and move at their own pace. We will work with you to set up a time that is convenient however, private lessons are not taught during group lessons. Snorkeling

Experience the world of snorkeling for the first time with us at the YMCA. YMCA of Lincoln and Husker Divers are working jointly to offer this special program. Our snorkeling class is the perfect way to prepare for that tropical vacation.

Float For Life Program at the Fallbrook YMCA!

Classes are designed to teach children how to breath by rolling over to their backs and floating. This life saving technique can give each child those few extra seconds that can save their lives. Float for life is a one-on-one class for children age 9 months to 3 years, with 10 minutes in the water and 5 minutes parent education. The Fallbrook YMCA pool is open during regular facility hours.

Monday - Friday (5:00am-9:30pm)
Saturday (7:00am - 6:30pm)
Sunday (8:00am - 7:30pm)

* Pool closes a half hour prior to the building
