Swim LessonsSwim lessons are a great way to get children from as little as 6 months old all the way into adulthood comfortable in the water. Watch as their skill level increases as they graduate from each class. Classes have a low children to instructor ratio to ensure adequate personal attention between the child and the instructor.

Dolphins Swim TeamOur swim team program strives to meet the needs of all levels of swimmers, 6 to 18 years of age. The Dolphin Swim Team is dedicated to the development of the very young swimmer, assisting them in feeling less overwhelmed with the slight pressures of competition by building strong skills throughout the season.
Stingray Swim ClubThis program serves youth who want the aspects of swim team without the element of competition. This club will aid in stroke development, endurance, self-confidence and the development of water sports as a means of fitness.
Prerequisites for Stingray
Lifeguard CertificationLifeguard certification is a perfect start to anyone's dreams to become a lifeguard. Offered just one weekend a month between the months of February and May, this class is a fast paced and challenging program designed to teach and reinforce the fundamentals of lifeguarding.
For those who are already lifeguards and wish to recertify, we also offer lifeguard recertification. This class is designed to review existing skills, go over new updates, and to reinforce lifeguarding fundamentals.
Applicants must be at least 15 years of age to participate in this program.
Classes will be offered again in spring of 2014. More info will be availalbe in January of 2014.
Family Swim NightsEvery Friday between 7:00pm - 8:30pm is Family Swim Night. Watch for special events on this day and time throughout the year for a fun night for the whole family including games and a chance to win prizes.
Group Water ExerciseReduce stress on joints by getting in the water. Choose between shallow, deep, combo, and walking classes to keep your workouts fun and invigorating. Water classes are great for rehabilitation and for cross training.

Home School Gym & SwimA fun, educational fitness program for kids ages 4-13 years old that will teach and encourage teamwork, self confidence, character building, and athletic skill development through the teaching of sports, games, and exercise.
Home School Students also have the opportunity to register for swim lessons where they can learn skills such as floating, kicking and front and back crawl.
Registration begins for members on August 27th and for non-members on August 29th. Program will begin the week of September 3rd, 2013.
