Y-Lose It
Join the Lincoln YMCA's weight loss challenge. You will work together with a Wellness Coach and up to 6 team members. Bring your own team or we will put you on a team. Through this 13-week weight loss challenge you will become healthier by setting and working towards realistic and personal goals . Cash prizes will be awarded to the individual and team that loses the most percentage of body weight within the Lincoln YMCA's.

SPORTS AND CONDITIONING
If you are an athlete wishing to excel in your sport, you must train in the off-season with intense interval workouts and extended rest and recovery time to prepare your body for more strenuous workouts and competition during the season. This program is ideal to prepare you to outperform your competition. All athletes enrolled in the program will receive a pre-- and post-- program health assessment to gauge results.

The Northeast YMCA is hosting a silent auction, garage sale, raffle and homemade bake & craft sale to raise money for the STRONG KIDS CAMPAIGN!
Garage Sale
Spread the word! Spring cleaning is happening. Think of the Northeast YMCA when you are getting rid of your lightly used, in good condition items. Donations can be brought to the Northeast YMCA May 12-18, 2012.
Silent Auction
If you own a business would you be interested in donating items for bidding? Do you think the business you work for would donate items to raise money? Get involved by asking for tax-deductible donations for our Silent Auction.
You can also donate personally for free standing items or putting together a basket. Get a group of people to go in together for a theme basket.
All donations should be brought to the Northeast Y by Thursday, May 3rd. Please complete a donor form including a description, value, donor name and address.
All auction items will be displayed and open for bidding beginning Saturday, May 5th. Auction will close at noon on Saturday, May 19th. Items will be awarded shortly after closing of bidding.
Homemade Bake and Craft Sale
Are you crafty? Are you creative in your kitchen? Please plan to bring your homemade baked or handcrafted items to be sold during this GRAND FUNdraiser on Saturday, May 19, 20112.
All proceeds go towards helping support our community through our annual Strong Kids Campaign! At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
