How to add a record

To add a record of your workout, simply click on ‘Add Record' from the main menu. Choose from the pull down options to log your workout. Write any details in the notes text box. Save record. (Note: It is best to log each activity seperately; for example, if you swam and ran, log both activities individually for the most precise results.)

Option to edit or delete a record

After creating a record, you can always come back to edit it or even delete it. While viewing the record, a link for each option will appear to the left of the record.

Search your records

You can search and display your records by activity, location, week or month.

Finding a lost password

If you have forgotten your password, you may request to have your password automatically reset. To do this, enter the email address you registered with on this page, and you will receive an email with a randomly generated password. Once you have logged back in, you may choose to change your password.
