NEW Spirit Player Development Program The Lincoln YMCA and Spirit Soccer Club have teamed up with Challenger to provide a unique opportunity for your Developing Soccer player. The Spirit Development Program has been set up for those players that wish to take their skills to the next level. Coach Martin Houldsworth will be running the program and will coach your child individual technique on many skills throughout the program. Beginning Monday August 30th -- an 8 week program consisting of 16 practices for a cost of $80 -- just $5 per session. Miss a session in your time slot -- no problem. Just let Martin know which session you'd like to make up in and you are good to go. Although times and age groups are allocated, you may attend sessions in other age groups if your time slot does not work. Click here, to register online. Spirit DOC Named Regional Coach of the Year Lincoln Spirit Soccer Club (LSC) Director of Coaching, Dave Gosselin, has been named the 2009 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Girls Youth Midwest Region Coach of the Year. Click here, to read more. LSC Offering NSCAA Coaching Education Courses The Club will once again be offering several NSCAA Diploma Courses. The courses we will be hosting are the State Diploma, Regional Diploma, Advanced Regional Diploma & the Advanced Regional Supplement Diploma.
