Youth Training & Wellness

Fitness for everyone! Introduce your kids to fitness through fun, high-energy group classes they’ll love. Parents can attend for a family workout, or can drop kids off for them to learn the importance of staying active while parents go focus on their own health and wellness goals.

For times when youth will be using the YMCA, we ask that the outlined YMCA of Lincoln policy and facility use guidelines be followed. Click HERE for our Youth Policies.
