Challenge Details
• Complete two (2) or more workouts/week to be included in the drawing for a prize pack at the end of the challenge. Record your workouts on the provided log sheet in the lobby of the YMCA branch you registered at.
• Complete two (2) Evolt body composition scans for two (2) extra entries into the drawing.
• All participants receive an "Ugly" Holiday Sweatshirt. Sweatshirts will be ordered after you register (Register early so you can wear it all season long!)
• Enjoy completing this challenge with the whole family - ages 5 and up may participate! (Evolt scans ages 18 and up only)
• Workouts can be any combination of self-led workouts including: YMCA360, specialized training classes, personal training sessions, or group exercise classes.
