The YMCA Annual Fundraising Campaign goes where membership fees don’t. It powers critical programs and activities that keep kids safe, people healthy, and families strong. The Y needs your support to continue to make these services possible.
While YMCA membership fees allow the Y to be a gathering place in our community, it is the YMCA Annual Fundraising Campaign that gives us the power to make that community stronger. When you give to the YMCA’s Annual Fundraising Campaign, you are giving kids, families, an seniors the opportunity to forge meaningful connections, reclaim and maintain healthy habits, and unleash their full potential.

Nurturing the potential of every child and teen
- Nurtured 5,805 kids through Y child care services including Preschool & Before & After School programs
- Provided 3,525 children essential, life-saving skills through YMCA swim lessons
- 13,829 boys and girls experienced Youth Sports while learning teamwork, leadership skills, and character development
- YMCA Camp Kitaki served 6,904 boys and girls through overnight Summer Camp, Outdoor Education, and off-season events
Improving our communities health and well being
- 590 children experienced the Y's Youth Training and Wellness programs, including Teen Fitness Training, Jr. Chefs, and more
- Y Disease Prevention Classes such as LIVESTRONG, Chronic Disease Support, and Parkinson's Support were experienced 6,817 times across the association
- Offered over 200 free group exercise classes each week to help our members maintain a healthy lifestyle as our health became more important than ever during the pandemic
- Hosted flu shot clinics and blood drives to keep our community healthy, touching more than 300 lives
Giving back and providing support to our neighbors
- Awarded over $750,000 in financial assistance impacting over 6,500 individuals, ensuring the EVERYONE has access to Y programs and services
- Partnered with the People's City Mission to collect more than 2,500 coats for families in need last winter
- Dedicated volunteers provided over 45,000 hours assisting in mission driven activities and programs at the Y
- Held our annual community-wide swimsuit drive benefiting 350 youth enrolled in our grant-based swim lessons last summer
