Healthy Kids Day

Join us for our annual Healthy Kids Day® at the Fallbrook Y! This event is free and open to the community. Registration is not required.

Healthy Kids Day®, is a national initiative aimed at bringing children and families together by providing the education, activities, and experiences that teach good health and foster connections through fitness, sports, fun, and healthy habits.   

Scheduled Activities

• 10:00am-12:00 pm | Vendor Booths Open (STEM Trailer, Drawing for Free Swim Lessons, YMCA Programs, and more!)
• 10:00am-12:00pm | Bounce House & Games (Schoo Gym)
• 10:30-11:30am | Cook Along (Family Center)
