Spirit Flag Football is a competitive, coach-select flag football league with an eight-game season. There are no restrictions on player positions in this league and scores and standings will be recorded. Medals are awarded to the first and second-place teams in each division based on the end of the season tournament.

The registration for Spring Spirit Flag Football League is now available.
If you are an individual looking to be added to a team the registration needs to be submitted by February 18.
If you are a head coach or team representative, a team roster needs to be submitted by February 18.
Once the team roster is turned in the coach will receive a registration link to send to their players to register for their team.
Players will have from February 20 - March 14 to register for their team.
8 game season on Thursday and Friday evenings starting March 20/21.
New for 2025: All teams will participate in the end of season Single Elimination Tournament that will be held the on May 8/9.

Teams may choose their own uniforms or purchase the YMCA Jr. Huskers Reversible Flag Football Jersey (black/red).Jerseys can be purchased for $18 at the park (cash or check only) on game days or at the Youth Sports office (570 Fallbrook Blvd Suite 210) Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm.

Mouth guards must be worn during participation in Spirit Flag Football. Jewelry is not allowed to be worn during YMCA Youth Sports activities. This includes earrings (earrings cannot be taped). No hard casts/splints are allowed during matches/games.
