Postpartum Women's Training is designed and led by a certified coach who specializes in helping you gain your health back after having a baby. This class will focus on regaining core and pelvic floor strength, building lean muscle, and improving overall body composition. With this small group atmosphere you will become more comfortable in our wellness areas, reducing the intimidation factor.
