Take your strength training to the next level with this advanced lifting program. Participants should expect to progress in their confidence of basic compound lifts and learn a variety of new exercises to complement their individual program. Completing strength workouts outside of the session is highly recommended. Prerequisite: Strength Training for Women or proficient in compound lifts.
